公铁立交桥跨铁路车站架设 50mT 梁施工技术 内容提要 50mT 梁在目前公路简支梁中长度和重量均居榜首。跨铁路车站架设这种梁,施 工难度大,技术要求高,安全上必须确保万无一失。本文结合东孝公铁立交桥跨浙赣铁路东 孝站架设 50mT 梁的成功实践,介绍了架梁的方法,着重阐述了架梁前的准备工作、工艺要 点以及质量和安全保证措施。 关键词 跨铁路车站 架设 50mT 梁 施工技术 1 工程概况 东孝公铁立交桥位于浙江省金华市金东区东孝乡境内,长 314.04m,跨越浙赣铁路。全桥位 于 R=4500m 的左偏曲线上,线路与既有铁路的交角为 110°,采用左右线分离桥梁,桥面 总宽 53m,桥面纵坡为 1.16%和-2.78%,变坡点里程 K3+000,桥面横坡为 2%,中央分隔 带净宽 7.0m, 结构形式为 9×20m+1×30m+1×50m+1×30m+1×20m 预应力混凝土后张梁, 共需 20m 预应力空心板梁 440 片,30mT 型预应力梁 40 片,50mT 型预应力梁 20 片。 该桥跨越浙赣铁路里程为浙赣下行线 K173+595,位于东孝车站金华方向咽喉区内侧,跨越 铁路部分采用 1 孔后张 50m 预应力砼 T 梁。该梁梁长为 49.96m,梁高为 2.6m,左、右幅桥 各设 10 片,梁间距 2.3m,每片梁设置 7 道横隔板,中梁重 145t,边梁重 142.5t。 根据该桥后张预应力梁设计形式及我单位自有设备情况, 经过多方案比选, 确定预应力梁现 场预制。制梁厂设在桥头路基上(0#台侧) ,制梁台座沿线路方向纵向布置,存梁台座沿线 路方向横向布置,梁体移动采用 2 台吊重 75 吨龙门吊抬吊。制梁用混凝土采用自动计量拌 合站生产,机动翻斗车运输,龙门吊配合灌注。 为确保工期及保障既有铁路运营安全,本桥预应力梁全部采用 DF50/150 型架桥机架设(详 见图-1) 。该架桥机组拼快捷,操作方便,自重轻,起重量大,架梁速度快,运行平稳,适 用于大跨度桥梁架设,安全可靠。 2 施工准备 2.1 需铁路部门配合施工的项目 2.1.1 11#孔位上方铁路照明线及距桥梁中心 17m 处和 92m 处高柱信号机、 12#孔位上方铁

摊铺、压实填料至下一层土工格栅的铺设标高 进行下一层土工格栅的锚固、摊铺、张紧并 定位 2.3 架桥机组装 在台后路基上进行架桥机组装。先将架桥机组装成 70m 长,架设 1#—9#孔的 20m 空心板梁 和第 10#孔的 30mT 梁,然后架桥机接长至 110m,架设第 11# 孔的 50mT 梁。 2.3.1 铺设架桥机运行轨道及运梁轨道。轨道均采用 P43 轨铺设,运梁轨道轨距为 2.2m,架 桥机运行轨道轨距为 4.5m,轨道方向、水平均应符合要求,道床捣固密实,经压道整修达 到标准后才能走行架桥机及运梁平车。 2.3.2 组装前、后平车,搭设组拼前后主梁用临时枕木剁。前、后平车,前支腿三点的顶面 高差不能超过 2cm,以防架桥机挠度过大而影响架设。 2.3.3 以前平车为支点,前后对称在枕木垛上拼装主梁,主梁采用 A 字型桁架双梁结构,分 节拼装,节段间采用销轴销接组合,穿销轴时,禁止用敲打穿销方式,以免破坏栓孔增大拼 装应力,确保连接可靠。 2.3.4 安装纵梁联系框架、起吊平车、边梁挂架、液压及电控系统、整体拼装前(后和中) 支腿、前(后和中)顶高等。

2.3.5 检查各部尺寸,调整主梁平顺度。 2.4 桥面加固 由于架梁时桥面铺装尚未施工,20m 空心板梁进行了绞缝,30mT 梁横隔板焊接完毕,两端 分别用圆木设置了剪刀撑。为了均匀分布荷载,避免梁板集中受力,运梁轨道和架桥机运行 轨道除密铺枕木外,每间隔 2.0m 采用扣轨进行加固。每组扣轨(P50 轨 3 扣)长度为 10m, 用自制 U 型螺栓加固成整体,使 10 片梁均匀受力。此外,在中支腿和后支腿处也采用扣轨 进行加固。 2.5 架桥机试吊 架桥机组装完成后,在已架设的桥面上做吊梁试验,试验的方式就是模拟架梁,工况与实际 架梁操作相同。 吊梁试验前, 主机先空载行走与制动, 检查架桥机液压及电控系统是否正常, 对起吊平车的起吊、纵向移动及制动,前(后和中)支腿、前(后和中)顶高等升降做全面 检查和试运行,测定空载时悬臂部分挠度值,然后按上述程序,重载试吊,检查重载时前、 后、中支点最大工作反力,符合要求后,方可架梁。 为了确保架梁万无一失,检验架桥机的安全系数,我们在梁体上加载了 5t 重的砂袋,使架 桥机满负荷试运行。经现场实测,架桥机前后主梁最大挠度均为 6.0cm,小于主梁 7.0cm 的 预拱度,证明架桥机状态良好。 3、施工工艺及要点 3.1 工艺原理 使用双导梁原理,将 2 个长 110mA 字型桁架式导梁,安放在前、中、后走行系统上。电力 驱动走行装置,在轨道上滚动运行,导梁就位后,用液压装置顶升前支腿到位,双销固定, 支撑在前方桥墩上, 再启动导梁顶部起吊平车起吊梁体纵移到位后, 整机携梁横移就位落梁。 3.2 工艺流程 3.2.1 工艺流程(详见图-2 及图-3) 。 3.2.2 DF50/150 型架桥机架梁主要工作程序(详见图-4) 。 3.3 施工要点

10#墩 左 左幅桥 图-5 3.3.2 关键工序 3.3.2.1 架桥机纵向运行 ①首先中部顶高支腿顶高,中支腿脱离横向轨道,拆除中部横向轨道,向前铺设纵向运行轨 道。后顶高支腿顶高,后支腿转向落于纵向轨道上,拆除后部横向轨道。前支腿收起,拆除 其横向轨道。 ②前、后起吊平车运行至后主梁后端,做为架桥机纵向运行的配重,并将其固定,防止起吊 平车在架桥机纵向运行时发生位移, 影响架桥机的稳定性。 架桥机纵向运行前应进行全面检 查,确保安全。 3.3.2.2 喂梁 待架 T 梁由运梁平车运至架桥机后部主梁内,运梁平车由卷扬机牵引运行,制动亦由卷扬 机控制。 右幅桥

⑸钢绞线制作及张拉 ①钢绞线的进场应分批验收,检查其质量证书、技术标 准、 包装方法等是否正确, 表面质量规格是否符合要求, 有无损伤、 锈蚀或油污等影响钢绞线与砼粘合力的异物, 并按规定定期进行抽样检验,经监理工程师验收确认后 方可进场使用。钢绞线使用前应进行预拉(在梁体上), 预拉应力可采用整根钢绞线破断负荷的 80%, 且持荷 5-10min 长再放松,以减少钢绞线的构造变形及应力松 弛损失,并便于应力控制。钢绞线下料长度由设计孔道 长度和工作长度决定,断料采用切割机或砂轮机,不得 使用电弧割。最后进行钢绞线的编束,用 18-20 号铅线 每隔 1-1.5m 绑扎一道形成钢绞线束,以利于穿孔。 ②波纹管安装以底模为基准,按预应力曲线坐标直接量 出相应点的高度,标在已扎箍筋上并用铁丝绑扎牢波纹 管,再用密封胶带缠裹接长,严防漏浆。当安放波纹管 与钢筋发生冲突时,适量调整钢筋位置,保证波纹管位 置准确,特别注意使梁头锚固钢板与波纹管孔道中心线 保持垂直。 ③穿束、张拉、锚固 穿束前先用空压机吹风清理孔道内的污物和积水, 再进行人工穿束,保证钢绞线束在孔道两边长度大致相 等。穿束后即可开始张拉、锚固。张拉设备采用 YC80 型锥锚式千斤顶、高压油泵配精度为 1.5 级压力表,施 工前用精度为± 0.1 % 的 压 力 表 传 感 器 且 定 期 对 千 斤 顶、压力表进行标定。 张拉前砼强度必须达到 90%以上, 同时养护时间不少于 15 天。 采用一端张拉, 先用锥形弗 氏型锚具锚固一端,上好锚环及锚塞后按从两端横向对 称分批的原则同时进行张拉锚固。 张拉基本程序为 0→δ0→105%δK 持荷 5min→δK(锚固) 。预应力张拉以

油压表应力控制为主,测张拉伸长值进行校核。 实际张 拉伸长量和计算理论伸长量差值应控制± 6%以内,否则 查明原因采取措施后加以调整,方可继续做好张拉同时 应张拉记录,如出现锚头滑丝、断丝或锚具损坏应立即 停止操作后检查处理。 ⑤孔道压浆、封端 压浆采用 VB3 型灰浆泵搅拌机搅拌水泥浆, 水泥浆标 号采用不低于板梁体砼标号,适当时可以采用在砼中掺 入 0.25%FD10 减水剂,减水 10-15%,降低水灰比,使 泌水率大为减少,对灌浆质量有明显保证。压浆前将孔 道清洗干净、湿润并排除积水。在两端锚头上或锚头附 近构件上设置连接带阀压浆嘴的接口和排气孔,而后将 置备好的灰浆从压浆嘴慢慢压出,这时另一端的排气孔 有空气排出,每孔压浆至最大压力后,稳定5分钟,压 浆到另一端饱满和出浆且与规定稠度相同的水泥浆为 止。 压浆后检查孔抽查压浆密实度情况, 做好压浆记录。 压浆过程中及以后 48 小时内, 结构砼温度不得低于 5℃, 否则应采取保温措施。 压浆后将梁体锚具周围冲洗 干净并凿毛而后按设计绑扎端头钢筋网, 安装封端模板, 此时应注意封端模板的妥善固定,以免在灌注砼时因模 板移动而影响梁长,封端砼应和梁体砼同强度,浇完砼 后静置 1-2 小时后按一般规定进行养生。 10、压浆 配制水泥浆:水泥净浆的水灰比为 0.4,并掺入 0.7%FDN 拌制后,过滤一次装入料斗。 压浆前要用压浆机抽水冲洗管道并观察有无堵孔现象,如堵孔及时处理。 打开两端压浆咀阀门,由一端压入水泥浆,当另一端冒出水泥浓浆时关闭其压浆咀,压浆端 继续压浆压力达到 1Mpa 时保压 5 分钟,然后关闭压浆阀门,水泥浆终凝后,方可拆除压浆 咀。 11、封端 封端前先清除周围漏浆, 将接触面凿毛, 然后安设端头钢筋网, 再安装封端模板进行砼浇筑。 为保证梁体颜色一致,封端采用与梁体同等级同配合比的砼。 T 梁预制施工工艺详见“主要分项工程施工工艺框图” 12、T 梁安装 在架好的 T 梁上安装双导梁架桥机和纵向运梁 轨道, T 梁从存梁场横移到架梁龙门吊下, 由龙 门吊把梁提在桥上的运梁小车上运到双导梁下 进行架设。 ⑴、主要设备

起重行车可用两根工字钢焊接,一台起重跑车和两台 两轴四轮小平车组成,安装在导梁上,由绞车引沿轨 道纵向运行。行车上挂链滑车供吊装预制梁用。 ⑵、安装程序 用运梁小车把预制梁运来,穿过导梁的平衡部分,用 前行车上的链滑车将预制梁前端吊起取走平车,由绞 车牵引前行车,当梁后端进入 后行车处时,由后行车 起吊,引梁前进就位。 将预制梁纵向就位后,落梁在墩顶横移设备上,左右 同步前进,横移到设计位置时,起吊落梁就位。 预制梁的安装顺序是先安两片边梁,再安中间各梁, 完毕后焊接各梁横向联系,然后把导梁向前推进,安 装下一孔。在最后两孔安好的桥面上拆除导梁。 ⑶、架梁注意事项 ①梁体与小车间垫木板,以免损坏梁体。桥上梁体横 移及落梁时做好防护保险。横移时保证滚杠与滑板正 交。 ②起落梁时,梁底随时用枕木和楔形支垫支撑,保持 梁底与垫木间 5cm 空隙。 ③在桥墩或桥台以及梁体强度达到设计要求并经监理 工程师许可后,才能进行 T 梁架设。 ④装卸、运输及贮存梁体时,其位置正立、顶面朝上, 支承点接近最后放置的位置的情况。
